Can i use Dri-Wall adhesive to "Tape and Joint"?

You shouldn't use any type of "adhesive" over the drywall joint. You need to use a drywall compound or a quick setting compound. Plan on using 2 coats, the first one very thin to set your tape. Then a slightly thicker coat to finish. Don't use a heavy layer of compound or you'll be sanding it forever to get it smooth.
