Looking for Upscale San Fran Restaurant with a View?

I need suggestions for an upscale restaurant in San Francisco, with a view of the ocean. To be more specific, I'm looking for maybe something on a bluff over the ocean, or on the beach, NOT a restaurant on top of a skyscr. Anyone have any ideas?
