When did Naruto & Bleach become sh*tty in the first place?

I agree about Ichigo. He's a y human that has no skill. Nobody really dies in Bleach, and even if they do Orihime would heal them anyway. Bleach is still good, but I wish Ichigo died (he should have when he fought Grimmjow and Ulquiorra). Don't know much about Naruto or One Piece.
