Do you think amnesty would resolve illegal immigration or even control it?

Please do not say better border security would improve would the stem of those wishing to enter America without authorization and more border patrol personal would reduce the numbers and make the border more secure. Correct me if I am wrong but have they not been saying we must secure our borders for decades and still it remains an ongoing problem that seems at this point to have no solution in sight as I read if they want to come here they will come here regardless of the billions spent on border security. My question is say in another 10 years if the amount of folks entering America without authorization reaches into the millions , what do we do when the numbers reach into the millions and we hear they just want a better life and to take care of their families at what point does America address the problem and say we are out of being in a position to offer any more amnesties, please fix your countries.Please offer serious answers and be nice
