What kinds of jobs can you get with a degree in Linguistics?

Well, I see four possibilities: psychology + linguistics (cognitive science, language and the brain, etc.), applied linguistics (second language acquisition, second language teaching), computer science and linguistics (computational linguistics, several companies that do automatic translation), language therapist. I would say that you should go for what you like. If you really like something and are good at it, you'll find the way to make a good career out of it. Since you also like science, I think you would be able to get a good job with a master degree.
