College football conference championship tiebreakers?

How do they determine conference champions in the event of a tie? I know it goes conference record...if teams are tied, they go to head-to-head...and if that doesn't figure it out, it goes to overall record...then if they're still tied, what comes next? For instance...if Oklahoma beats Texas Tech...both of them win out...and Texas wins out, they'll all finish 7-1 in the conference...then 11-1 overall. Texas beat Oklahoma, Oklahoma beat Texas Tech, and Texas Tech beat Texas. So who from that side goes to play for the conference championship, and how is it determined? Not worried about opinions on who would be ranked higher in the BCS or who you think is the better team...just asking who would be the team chosen to go play in championship game.
