How can I expose an online predator of women ( he is a biual crossdresser).?

This Man meets innocent women on dating sites, he gets your heart then, steals all that you have. Your lifes work. He destroys you benefits, then moves on to the next innocent woman. I talked to his last girlfriend he uses the same nickname Kitten (uugh) tries to get an engagement ring on your finger uses your credit and destroys it, I was lucky enough to find out he was a crossdresser and got rid of him.... But HOW do you expose such a sick individual to the rest of the female population... Isn't his sociopath behavior illegal? Hiding behind good woman with the intent to destroy them?
