Why are women so mean?

I met this girl the other day that I mistakenly thought was the greatest thing I had ever met. She was insanely beautiful and smart. I stayed up Friday night hanging out with her talking about cars and motorcycles. She was big into cars so we ended up taking her out to my shop behind myself and showing her some of the bikes I used to build and showed her some of the old cars we used fix up. She was impressed at me technical know how and wanted to know why she never seen my driving around. The reason is because I started having seizors a couple of months back. The doctors aren't sure of what the cause is but this happened to my Dad before he died. He developed a brain tumor and the first sign was seizors. She stopped talking to me after that. Just walked out and left. I really thought she the best thing ever but to me it's still a shocker how a disability I've developed has pushed so many girls out of my life. I don't understand why they run away. Why do girls do this?
