So basically..my ITunes Library is gone...HELP!?

When I plugged my IPod into the computer, a message popped up saying it was synced with another computer. I don't know how that's possible considering that my computer is the only one I plug it into. Anyhow, my ENTIRE Itunes library is obsolete...how do I get it back without restoring all 135 songs on my own?
