Which career is better broking or taxation?

I got two job offers one is in broking field in back office handling Depository participant and Demat accounts and also handling customer queries related to it. and in Taxation job its a back end job which involves Payroll Outsourcing, Tds & Etds, Income tax Returns Filing. Now I'm confused which job to choose??
