Ideal crash diet and combination exercise plan?

I guess... do a lot of cardio and eat little to no sugar or saturated fat. Try to convert to a vegetarian diet; eat a lot of tofu because it is high in protein which might help to prevent muscle loss (which is probably inevitable anyways) but you might lose 10 pounds. You will probably be close to it. Don't eat past 5 pm either. Screw the not eating fish part of most vegetarian diets though. You should eat a lot of fish. And exercise in the morning before eating but as a warning again your body may tap into your muscles to provide energy which is counterproductive. Uhhh... that's all I have for you, I think. Oh wait, drink a lot of water. It'll look like you gained a lot of weight at the beginning but it flushes your system. Wait again! I did this thing in health magazine where you eat for 5 days a breakfast consisting of 2 tablespoons of vanilla fat free yogurt, 2 tablespoons of crushed post whole wheat cereal (no icing on top), a small amount of walnuts, a tablespoon of lemon juice, and i don't remember exactly how much honey, I think half a tablespoon. It sounds disgusting but it is actually delicious and I lost 3 pounds in 5 days from it. Pretty impressive for just changing your breakfast regiman alone! So maybe try that. OK, now I'm done for real.
