I think maybe you're referring to DuWop. If so it's vicious but once you get past the hellacious burn your lips are red. Make sure you apply chap-stick at night though because your lips will start to feel raw from daily use. I apply a medicated chap-stick to soothe them. You can get it at Sephora.com. Victoria Secret has a lip plumper extreme that isn't AS painful and it actually plumps your lips but doesn't really turn them red.
