Was there some kind of incident in France where, over the phone, a Muslim said "I'm killing my first Jew"?

If my faulty memory is correct, I believe they were torturing him as a family and they wanted to call other family members to share the incident. However, this information came from an editorial that may well have been biased. I am interested in more objective information on this. I believe it happened maybe five years ago.
