What model of transmission would be in a '94 GMC 1500 (2WD 350 cu. in.)?

It is more than likely a 700r4 The 4l60e came out in late 95 early 96 and is fully electronic(hence the e in the number) Physically they can be interchanged. However there are no electronic connection provisions or abilitys to make the 4l model work. All reman 700r4 transmissions have all the latest updates from the time that model came out and a suitable replacement unit will be just fine.
