Why Mikail Jackson has been planned for Post Mortem when we all know that its Cardiac Arrest?

Michael Jackson, died of cardiac arrest. An autopsy will be done to determine what caused the cardiac arrest. That's the way it goes here in the U.S. After the autopsy has been completed, the death certificate will state what he died of. There is no suspicion of foul play in his death.
